Applicants with SPM level qualification required to have minimum 2 years customer service experience
Fresh Graduated for Diploma and Degree holders are welcome
Proficient and fluent in Mandarin (Traditional Mandarin: Read / Simplified Mandarin: Read, Type)
Basic English is required for this role
Have no issue to work on 24 Hours Rotational Shift (9 Hours per shift including 1 hour break time)
Able to start working on 1st July 2024
Have no issue to be fully work based at Kuala Lumpur Office
Tanggungjawab
Understand customer enquiries and respond via applicable channels: email, chat, and call backs.
Understand customer enquiries and ensure they are answered or routed through the appropriate support channel.
Manage customer escalations and ensure they are answered, tracked, and escalated as required.
Ensure all SLAs are met accordingly.
Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation and take responsibility to ensure customers are satisfied.
Provide a high level of professionalism and competent customer service.
Manfaat
Monthly Salary: RM3,800 - 4,100 + Complexity Allowance up to RM500 + KPI Allowance + Night Shift Allowance
