• Proven experience (X years) in social media marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair for content creation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Passionate about digital marketing and staying ahead of industry developments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement across various platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Create compelling and relevant content tailored to each platform, ensuring consistency with brand identity and messaging.
• Manage all social media accounts including daily posting, monitoring, and engagement with the community.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and propose innovative ideas to enhance our social media presence.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize strategies and content.
• Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and brand advocates to amplify our reach and impact.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and feedback on social media channels, maintaining a positive and professional online presence.
• Basic photography and videography + editing
