We aim to make this accessible to both locals and visitors alike. Role Description REXKL is seeking to recruit a talented, creative, and enthusiastic Social Media Lead to work across the REXKL group. As a Social Media Lead, you will play a key role in developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive business growth. Responsibilities Plan, develop and implement effective social marketing communication campaigns Direct creatives (copy/visual) for all social media marketing collateral Plan, execute and monitor social media campaign buys Familiar with SEO and SEM marketing Monitor ongoing social campaign performance against results, keep accurate records, and highlight where variances and insights occur Undertake detailed ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets and outcomes are understood and met Plan, coordinate, and manage social media content calendar for @hellorexkl and @rxp.kl Help to grow each channel (Hellorexkl and RXP.KL), carrying out daily audience engagement and keeping an eye out for micro-influencer opportunities Propose and plan exciting and engaging trend-led content ideas and work closely alongside the creative/ event team to bring content ideas to life. Research social media trends, monitor competitor social media activity, and gather customer insights Tracking and reporting on social media performance and KPIs across all channels and gathering data to be fed into future channel strategies Assist with event team on-ground during and after the event Comfortable working with Alcohol and non halal product (Pork) Collaborate with media owners, agency partners, and internal specialist teams to ensure all deliverables are met/launched on time Maintain the highest standard for accuracy and quality of work across the teams Working knowledge of digital platforms (e.g. Search, Social & Programmatic) Qualifications Must have a diploma or bachelor\'s in similar field Strong knowledge of social media channels and platforms Experience using social media management tools Keen interest and have knowledge in the arts, nightlife, and entertainment industry Basic design skills for creating social media posts and graphics is a plus Attention to detail Friendly and warm personality Copywriting skills Working knowledge of image and video editing for social media platforms Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal English and Malay. Fluency in Mandarin is a plus Minimum 2 -3 years experience in a similar role/environment Excellent organisational skills Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent computer skills Excellent presentation skills Excellent time management skills and ability to set and meet deadlines Flexibility in working shifts, evenings, and weekends is essential BENEFITS 12 days of annual leave Monthly medical allowance Meal and travel allowance for overtime during events EPF contribution and SOCSO coverage Yearly salary increment SALARY RM3000 - RM4000 depending on experience
