Company profile: Multi-functional integrated marketing agency that manages all online and offline marketing aspects. (Menara MBMR) Position: Social Media Specialist (Leader or AM or Manager) ( up to RM6k ) Working day: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm Language required: Mandarin, English & Bahasa Melayu 1) Develop creative and engaging content for ads. 2) Brainstorm and generate ideas and strategies for marketing campaigns according to the client\'s needs and objectives. 3) Managing the client\'s social media accounts (Facebook/ Instagram/ Tik Tok/ Xiao Hong Shu). 4) Collaborating with the Content Creator & Creative Team in visual design/ photo & video shooting to ensure that posts are effective for ads. 5) Daily monitoring and analyzing the campaign performance. 6) Leading junior marketer, provide leadership and motivate the team to ensure that team accomplished organizational requirements. Job requirement 1) Candidates with minimum 3 & above years (with leadership skill) of experience in managing social media accounts/pages and have experience in running social media adverts, especially on Facebook and Instagram. 2) Possess Diploma/ Bachelor\'s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Media, Communications, or any related field. 3) Strong communication skills to collaborate with a cross-functional team. 4) Able to consistently meet deadlines, multi-tasking and problem-solving with strong attention to detail. 5) Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. 6) Fluent in writing & spoken communication in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu. 7) Analytical, data-driven person with strong problem-solving skills.
