- Proficiency in English and Mandarin (Spoken and Written)
- Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Proficient in social media management tools and analytics software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple social media campaigns simultaneously
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and drive engagement
- Manage all social media channels, including creating, scheduling, and publishing content
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics and identify trends and insights to optimize campaign performance
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and shareable content, including images, videos, and infographics
- Stay up to date with current social media trends and industry best practices
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and inquiries in a timely manner
- Track and report on social media performance, providing regular updates to the management team
- 10 days MC and leave after probation.
