At least 4 years of practical working experience in similar roles for business to consumer brands
Experience in an ecommerce environment will be an added advantage
Strong command of English is mandatory

Strong skills in online marketing, branding, social media marketing and copywriting are desirable
Photoshop capabilities will be an added advantage

Responsibilities
Own the strategy, execution, and analysis of Group's paid and organic social media marketing strategy, focusing on expanding brand awareness, customer loyalty, and conversions.
Oversee the development of our Group's social properties, guiding our brand voice, defining goals and objectives for specific social media platforms, and leveraging opportunities to expand the Group's digital presence through new platforms and partnerships.
Take responsible in creating and executing social media campaigns, managing the social media advertising budget, overseeing the social media content calendar, and acting as the primary liaison with paid influencer partners.
Spearhead social-first campaigns, acting as project manager and collaborating with essential business units.
Develop and maintain relationships with brand partners, key influencers, and external bloggers
Distribute reports summarizing campaigns as well as monthly social media content performance, audience engagement, and advertising efforts. Identify opportunities to make social media campaigns more efficient and effective.
Work with different departments to co-ordinate and curate social media output
Keep current on industry changes. Advise marketing team on impactful news and emerging trends.
Community Management - Manage issues/critical communication with regards to the social and digital media platform such as:
The ability to create, observe and respond to conversations within your brand community.
Monitoring tweets, responding to social media posts and engaging with brand advocates & followers.
Knows how to respond to trolls and negative feedback.
Strong understanding of how contents work
The needs to know what contents works and what doesn't on social networks which also includes the understanding of which different media formats such as text (articles), video, images and podcasts resonate with your particular niche.
Require knowing how to make content move and maybe even go viral across Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and the other social networks.
Optimizing Content and Technology
Knows how to guide a customer down a sales funnel from discovery, engagement to sale results
Understands the essential for optimizing content for SEO
Exercise strong understanding of the creative process that provides creative content that engages with customer and touches their hearts and not just their minds
