Having dipped our hands into the soils of traditional farming, we learnt the harsh realities of the industry. Unpredictable weather, environmental damage, poor bottom-line for farmers, and foods with harmful additives cannot be the status quo. So, we reimagined farming. Driven by technology-enabled measures and a relentless emphasis on sustainability, we came up with a new bottom-line: Safe food for all! As we continue to expand, we are looking for a creative, organized, and talented Social Media Marketing Executive to join us on our journey! What you will do:

• Create marketing and social media campaigns for Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, website, blog, and more.
• Creative writing and content creation for Cultiveat, or its partners and collaborators.
• Perform marketing research and gather consumer insights to help develop marketing strategy and plans.
• Increase follower base and engagement on social media accounts.
• Manage enquiries and comments on all platforms.
• Monitor, analyse, and create monthly reports on Cultiveat\xe2\x80\x99s social media performance.
• Collaborate with other brands or influencers for social media or brand content and campaigns.
• Collaborate with third-party organizations to create and manage digital ads, marketing materials, and more.

What you need to succeed in this role:

• Min. 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a social media or marketing position.
• Avid social media user \xe2\x80\x93 added advantage if you manage accounts (personal or otherwise) with more than 1000 followers.
• Excellent English proficiency \xe2\x80\x93 spoken and written.
• Good creative writing skills.
• Phone photography and editing (photo/video) skills.
• A Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in any discipline
