• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree in Marketing, or similar
• Required Skill(s): Canva, Microsoft Office, Basic Phone editing software ,video editing software
• Fluent in Mandarin & English
• At least 2 years of working experience in social media marketing field
• Good Copywriting skill
• Good communication skills
• Interest in creative, social media & digital marketing
• have knowledge of all leading social media sites, including algorithms
• Analyzing & reporting
• Work independent and efficient on schedule
• Well organize

Tanggungjawab

• Edit basic photo and video for social media content
• Responsible for tracking, executing, managing, optimizing media buys and doing tagging setup in major digital advertising platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram,Xiao hong shu SEO, SEM, etc.) and improving campaign performance.
• Create content, idea generation, and marketing planning for regularly scheduled posts, enlightening audiences and promoting messages or campaigns. Overseeing the development/copywriting of online marketing contents/collateral.
• Monitor, measure, and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI) on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Reporting Website Traffic & Social Media Analytics.
• Work closely and brainstorm with internal teams to execute digital campaigns
• Research & stay updated with the latest performance marketing & industry trends, techniques, tools and traffic sources,
• Critically analyze results and utilize data available to make recommendations to optimize overall digital marketing strategies.
