Key Responsibilities
1.
Social Media Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand positioning, seasonal launches, and promotions.
Plan monthly/quarterly content calendars across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube, Xiaohongshu, etc.).
Benchmark and monitor competitors (local and international) to identify opportunities and insights.

Content Creation & Branding
Oversee creation of engaging content (photos, videos, OOTD styling, product highlights, influencer collaborations).
Ensure content reflects brand identity, seasonal fashion trends, and consistent tone of voice.
Collaborate with designers, photographers, and creative teams on styling direction.
3.
Community Management
Manage day-to-day engagement: responding to customer inquiries, comments, and messages.
Build and grow an online community by encouraging UGC (user-generated content) and interactive campaigns (e.g., contests, hashtags).
Handle customer concerns tactfully to maintain a positive brand image.
4.
Influencer & KOL Marketing
Identify, negotiate, and manage collaborations with influencers, TikTokers, and micro-KOLs in Malaysia.
Track influencer ROI, performance, and ensure alignment with brand image.
Manage seeding/gifting programs to generate organic exposure.
5.
Advertising & Paid Campaigns
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads).
Monitor KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROI, conversions) and adjust strategies for better results.
Align advertising efforts with retail promotions and e-commerce launches.
6.
Analytics & Reporting
Track key metrics: engagement, reach, follower growth, conversions, and sentiment.
Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
Stay updated with Malaysia's fashion consumer behavior and digital trends.
7.
Retail & E-Commerce Integration
Synchronize social media campaigns with offline retail activities, festive sales (Hari Raya, CNY, Year End Sale), and new collections.
Work with e-commerce partners (Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, own website) to drive traffic and conversions.
Support offline fashion events, launches, and pop-ups with live coverage.

Trendspotting & Innovation
Stay ahead of emerging social media trends (TikTok challenges, shoppable livestreams, AI tools).
Introduce innovative content formats to engage Gen Z and millennial audiences.
Monitor global fashion campaigns and localize best practices.
Key Skills & Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Fashion, or related fields.
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in social media marketing, preferably in fashion/retail.
Strong knowledge of fashion marketing, digital trends, and platform algorithms.
Proficient in Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business, Canva/Photoshop/CapCut (or similar tools).
Excellent communication and caption writing skills (English, Malay; Chinese an advantage).
Strong sense of fashion aesthetics and styling direction.
Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze performance and adjust strategies.
Experience in influencer/KOL relationship management.
