Scope of Work
1. Content Creation & Direction
Conceptualize, plan, and produce creative content (photo, video, reels, stories, etc.) that aligns with Hanky Planty's aesthetic and values.
Lead or coordinate shoots, from brainstorming concepts to directing styling, captions, and final edits.
Work closely with the design and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all visuals and messaging.
Manage the content calendar, ensuring fresh and timely storytelling around launches, campaigns, and key dates.
2. Social Media Management
Oversee all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
Create engaging, on-brand posts that build awareness and drive engagement.
Monitor insights and performance analytics to refine content strategy.
Manage community engagement, respond to DMs, comments, and collaborate with followers or creators.
Stay ahead of social trends, viral formats, and platform updates to keep content relevant and exciting.
3. Collaboration & Growth
Work with influencers, creators, and brand partners on collaborations and campaigns.
Coordinate cross-promotions and UGC (user-generated content) initiatives.
Brainstorm creative growth strategies with the marketing team to increase reach and brand love.
Key Requirements
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Creative flair with an eye for detail in content creation.
Business-minded with ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
Familiar with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,512.59 - RM9,618.08 per month
