You will be joining a multiple award-winning digital marketing agency with huge clients under our belt, and our portfolio. Our past clients include Lenovo, Legion, Sony, OCBC, UOB, Maybank, The Starhill, and more! If you are of the generation who have their eyes glued to their phones 24/7, and is creative by nature, this is the role for you! Responsibilities: Communicate well with our client-facing team to receive both, existing and prospective, clients\' briefs, so as to reduce client rejection rates, and consequentially, wastage of the team\'s work efforts. Conceptualise content ideas, write up captions, text in visual, articles, and more; essentially writing a story for brands that resonates with the audience, increasing their fans, and engagement rate. Coordinate well with our creative team, to ensure these creative, engaging content ideas that you have developed for our clients, are brought to reality, in a timely and impactful fashion. Manage the communities under our care, by responding to inbox messages and comments, in a timely manner, with a voice that resonates with them. Produce regular reports for our clients to assist them and us, to understand our team\'s work performance. Requirements Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing; additional language proficiencies are an added advantage. Excellent organisational and time management skills, coupled with attention to detail and a modern eye for presentation, and design. At least 2 years of working experience in digital marketing, PR, or communication-related fields. Comfortable working with digital resources, tools and social media.
