Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Specialist/creative to join our team and play a key role in promoting our dental practice, dental clear aligners, and increasing patient acquisition.Responsibilities:Manage Leads and Drive Patient Acquisition:

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across relevant platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) to attract new patients and convert leads into appointments.
• Track and manage advertising campaigns by agency to reach specific demographics and interests.
• Collaborate with the agency team to track and analyze results, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.

Provide Responsive Patient Communication:

• Promptly and professionally answer patient inquiries and messages on social media platforms.
• Address concerns in a friendly and reassuring manner, promoting the practice\'s expertise and building trust.
• Proactively engage with patients and foster positive online relationships.

Manage Complaints and Mitigate Negative Feedback:

• Respond to negative feedback promptly and diplomatically, aiming to resolve issues and maintain a positive brand reputation.
• Develop and implement strategies to minimize negative feedback and proactively manage online reputation.

Drive Sales and Promotions:

• Create engaging content that promotes or educate dental services and special offers.
• Run social media contests and giveaways to generate excitement and increase patient engagement.
• Track and analyze the effectiveness of sales-focused campaigns.

Social Media Management:

• Manage and optimize all social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
• Create high-quality and engaging content, including text, images, videos, and stories.
• Schedule and publish content effectively, maximizing reach and engagement.
• Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

Content Creation and Collaboration:

• Work closely with a social media agency to develop and implement content strategies.
• Provide creative input and contribute to content production (e.g., photography,videography, graphic design).
• Maintain strong communication and collaboration with the agency to ensure successful campaign execution.
