Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin
Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Strong interest in sales results, team leadership, and customer service
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Self-driven, performance-oriented, and able to work independently
Fresh graduates with a strong passion for sales and leadership are welcome to apply
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support daily operations of the retail sales team
Track and review individual and team sales performance
Coach team members on product knowledge and customer interaction
Attend to customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
Maintain store appearance and proper stock management
Assist in implementing sales plans and promotional activities
