Roles And Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the software development team, setting team goals and work plans. Plan, schedule and control the quality of the software projects. Develop and maintain Software & System Control frameworks, ensure software standardization, enhancing compatibility and interoperability across equipment. Collaborate with mechanical engineering and other departments to optimize overall equipment performance. Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. Oversee and participate in critical technology research and development, solving technical challenges. Provide technical support and training to improve the overall skill level of the team. Implement rigorous software validation and verification processes, including extensive testing, documentation, and risk management.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Automation, or related fields. At least 5 years of experience in software development and team management. Proficient in PLC and PC programming, IoT technologies, and Industrial 4.0 related technologies. Extensive software development experience, proficient in programming languages such as Visual Basic, C/C++, Python, Java, MFC, etc. Familiar with the software development lifecycle and project management methodologies. 5. Experience in industrial automation, with the knowledge of sensor, motion control, robot integration, vision system integration, etc. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements for semiconductors and medical industry.
