Provide application installation to client/group of companies.
Perform Tier 1 and Tier 2 troubleshooting any issues prompted to user web-based or app-based applications.
Directs customer support and liaises with the respective principal SME.
Perform the configuration, maintenance, enhancement, and technical support to various applications/systems.
Complete and submit reports regarding service requests, work order, recovery manuals, customer visit (meeting minutes) and operation summary.
Assist in coordinating and executing technical activities throughout the sales opportunity such as customer meetings and product presentations, demonstrations. training and evaluations.
Performs software upgrades and keeps track of products versioning.
Analyse technical needs, requirements, and state of a customers' current infrastructure, operations, and engineering workflows
Provides customer support by responding to requests for any issues with detailed analysis of product features & functionality, preparation of implementation schedule, design documentation, and training manuals.
Preparation of proposals, RFP responses, man-day (effort estimates) or other documents describing organizational products and services in response to request from prospective clients.
Work closely with product principles to fully understand all product key features and functionality for their usability in customer applications.
Create and demonstrate simulation solutions to streamline customer workflows, in support of the products.
Involved directly in system implementation up to Go-Live for all the clients that engaged with BINA/STATWORKS.
Applying programming knowledge (C++, C, JavaScript etc.) and experience to fulfill user's complex requirement.
Certified with the respective products engaged by the organization.
Provide hardware support in relation to desktop/laptop/servers/and other related peripherals.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Computer Science/MIS/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
Required skill(s): operating system, strong analytical skills, teamwork skills, Visual Basic.
MS SQL Server / Oracle Primavera experience will be an added advantage.
Industry knowledge such as Construction or Project Management is an added advantage.
Experience in IT System in project and information Management related applications.
Document management solution experience will be an added advantage.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
