Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Be the Subject Matter Expert for all inhouse software products and customized solution.
- Researching, designing, develop software applications.
- Support partners to integrate with company products.
- Perform comprehensive testing to ensure software performance and robustness.
- Perform field installation and training when necessary.
- Attend / analyse and troubleshoot field problems that are related to software.
- Documentation for requirements, user guide, training materials.
- Working closely with sales teams, other developers, partners, and different departments for the project implementation.
- At least 3 or more years of hands-on software development experience.
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or related IT certification
- Experience in Desktop Application Development (C#, WPF)
- Experience in Web Development (C#, ASP.NET, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript & JQuery)
- Experience in Web Services Integration and Development (C#, SOAP, JSON, XML, gRPC)
- Experience with Database Integration (MSSQL, MySQL, SQLite)
- Preferably to have experience by using CI/CD tools in Azure DevOps.
- With knowledge on UI/UX design.
- Basic knowledge of network security knowledge such as TLS, HTTPS.
- Serial Communication (Optional).
- English language \xe2\x80\x93 Excellent.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Creative and flexible thinker.
- Good Troubleshooting skills.
- Good Interpersonal Relationship.
