Company Overview:
The company is a leading solution provider in the space of Business Service Management (BSM) and IT Service Management (ITSM). It is appointed as an elite partner of BMC Softwares, Inc. The company is a certified reseller and implementer for BMC solutions in Malaysia. Together with BMC, the company has been successful in offering & implementing BSM and ITSM solutions to help organizations automate end-to-end important business services.

Responsibilities:

• Lead testing to ensure the solution performs as designed
• Lead client training sessions
• Support clients through go-live process and a play key role in promoting solution adoption
• Work with the Project Leader to understand assigned project responsibilities and keep the projects on schedule
• Communicate progress and expectations, escalates problems to Project Leader for awareness and/or resolution
• Must be able to travel to clients offices, providing on-site consulting work to clients and have the ability to work remotely from your home office
• Must be able to manage multiple projects utilizing strong planning and organizational skills
• Experience with general consulting skills that include team facilitation, business case development, strong business analysis skills, process mapping, and business process redesigning

Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in IT / Computer Software / Programming or related fields
• Fresh Grads will be considered
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Candidates with experience working with ITSM / Systems management software solutions (e.g. BMC Software, CA, IBM, HP, etc.) will have advantage
• Systems administration experience in UNIX/LINUX and Windows, etc.
• Familiarity/Foundation certified in the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
• Candidates without ITSM or ITIL knowledge will also be considered, provided that the candidates have programming background
• Familiarity with industry standard Database administration
• Work from home or at clients\xe2\x80\x99 offices
• Candidates must be responsible and accountable as company provides lots of flexibility but focuses on delivery.
