Job Description

Responsibilities: Be the Subject Matter Expert for all inhouse software products and customized solution. Researching, designing, develop software applications. Support partners to integrate with company products. Perform comprehensive testing to ensure software performance and robustness. Perform field installation and training when necessary. Attend / analyse and troubleshoot field problems that are related to software. Documentation for requirements, user guide, training materials. Working closely with sales teams, other developers, partners, and different departments for the project implementation. Requirements: At least 3 or more years of hands-on software development experience. Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or related IT certification Technical Experience in Desktop Application Development (C#, WPF) Experience in Web Development (C#, ASP.NET, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript & JQuery) Experience in Web Services Integration and Development (C#, SOAP, JSON, XML, gRPC) Experience with Database Integration (MSSQL, MySQL, SQLite) Preferably to have experience by using CI/CD tools in Azure DevOps. With knowledge on UI/UX design. Basic knowledge of network security knowledge such as TLS, HTTPS. Serial Communication (Optional). Non-Technical English language - Excellent. Excellent communication skills. Creative and flexible thinker. Good Troubleshooting skills. Good Interpersonal Relationship.
