Job Description

:

We are seeking a skilled Laravel Software Developer to design, develop, and maintain web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers and designers, to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. Your expertise in Laravel and PHP will be crucial in building robust back-end systems that meet business requirements and provide an excellent user experience.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain web applications using the Laravel PHP framework. Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Design and implement database schemas and queries using SQL or Eloquent ORM. Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following best practices. Optimize application performance through caching, indexing, and other techniques. Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms to ensure data security. Integrate with third-party APIs and services to extend functionality. Write unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Stay up-to-date with Laravel developments, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in web application development using Laravel. Proficiency in PHP and Laravel, including MVC architecture, routing, middleware, and Blade templating. Strong understanding of web development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX). Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) including design, optimization, and querying. Familiarity with Git version control. Knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation. Experience with front-end frameworks like Vue.js or React is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in an agile development environment. Familiarity with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
