Position: Software Developer Support Analyst Tenure: 2 years contract renewable/converted to permanent Working hour: Night shift (following USA time Zone) Working Location: Shah Alam, Selangor s Provide high-quality technical support and customer service to end users through effective communication and efficient troubleshooting Resolve technical issues related to developer products Maintain comprehensive cas documentation in customer relationship management (CRM) system As a subject matter expert, author, and tech edit knowledge articles available to internal and external users Identify issues and lo defects for software improvements Work in other technical areas od software support as customer and business need requires Job Requirements Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or any that is related Strong knowledge of C# or VB.NET, Java, or any other programming language Proficient written and verbal communication abilities with a strong grasp of the English Language including grammar, punctuation, and consistency Abilitiy to patinetly communicate technical information clearly and consicely Ability to provide excellent customer service through efficient troubleshooting, analyzing, and problem-solving skills Experience in software support or technical customer service Strong prioritization skills including managing time and work load efficiently Ability to learn new concept quickly, retain large amounts of information and adapt to a changing work environment Interested applicants kindly click \'Apply\' to apply.
