Position: Software Developer Support Analyst

Tenure: 2 years contract renewable/converted to permanent

Working hour: Night shift (following USA time Zone)

Working Location: Shah Alam, Selangor

• Provide high-quality technical support and customer service to end users through effective communication and efficient troubleshooting
• Resolve technical issues related to developer products
• Maintain comprehensive cas documentation in customer relationship management (CRM) system
• As a subject matter expert, author, and tech edit knowledge articles available to internal and external users
• Identify issues and lo defects for software improvements
• Work in other technical areas od software support as customer and business need requires

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or any that is related
• Strong knowledge of C# or VB.NET, Java, or any other programming language
• Proficient written and verbal communication abilities with a strong grasp of the English Language including grammar, punctuation, and consistency
• Abilitiy to patinetly communicate technical information clearly and consicely
• Ability to provide excellent customer service through efficient troubleshooting, analyzing, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in software support or technical customer service
• Strong prioritization skills including managing time and work load efficiently
• Ability to learn new concept quickly, retain large amounts of information and adapt to a changing work environment
