Adecco is seeking a Software Project Manager for a client in the telecommunications industry. This role involves overseeing the delivery of Business Support Systems (BSS) projects, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating resources, managing subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. This position requires a strong background in project management within the telecom sector, with a focus on software solutions such as NGBSS/BES, CBS, and OCS. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and people management skills.
What you will Do?

• Serve as the primary contact for customers during the project delivery phase.
• Develop and implement project management plans to ensure efficient delivery.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to meet project objectives.
• Manage subcontractors to ensure compliance and quality standards.
• Monitor project scope, progress, and costs to achieve desired outcomes.

Your Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Telco & IT industry.
• Proficiency in project management domains such as change and risk management.
• Familiarity with telco solutions like NGBSS/BES, CRM, CBS.
• Strong communication and conflict management skills.
