Role Overview:
This role is primarily responsible for the day-to-day BAU (Business-As-Usual) support and maintenance of SharePoint Online and RPA solutions (such as Blue Prism). The focus is on engaging with users, resolving issues, and handling service requests and inquiries, rather than on custom development. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between business users and the internal IT team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily Operational Support
Provide day-to-day support, monitoring, and maintenance for SharePoint Online and RPA solutions (e.g., Blue Prism). That includes daily health checks of the system to ensure that services are up and running for business operations.
Handle ad-hoc tasks and Service Requests from business users such as creating new SharePoint site, access reviews etc.
Incident and problem management - Monitor tickets and ensure SLA is met.
Monthly Infra systems ie. testing in non-PROD and support PROD maintenance of SharePoint Online and RPA eg. OS patches.
Monitor system health and performance to ensure platforms are operating smoothly.
Support deployment of PROD changes on SharePoint Online and RPA.
2. User Engagement & Issue Resolution
Respond to user inquiries and service requests related to SharePoint and RPA workflows.
Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, escalating to development teams when necessary.
3. Stakeholder Communication
Act as a liaison between business users and internal IT teams to ensure clear communication and timely issue resolution.
4. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
Maintain accurate documentation of support activities, configurations, and known issues.
Contribute to internal knowledge bases and user guides to promote self-service and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications & Experience:
1. Demonstrated minimum 1 year experience in supporting and maintaining SharePoint Online, including managing user access, permissions, and site configurations.
2. Familiarity with RPA tools, especially Blue Prism, with the ability to monitor and perform basic troubleshooting of automation workflows will be added advantage.
3. Solid understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including SharePoint Online.
4. Good communication (spoken and written) and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with users and internal teams.
5. Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple service requests and operational tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
6. Experience in documenting support activities, configurations, and known issues to facilitate knowledge sharing.
7. Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., PowerShell) is beneficial but not required.
8. Experience in building solutions using SPFX and Power Platform, and RPA is an advantage, though not essential for the role.
9. Capable of working independently with minimal supervision while contributing effectively within cross-functional teams.
10. Relevant certifications in Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or RPA technologies (e.g., PL-900, PL-100, Blue Prism Developer) are considered a plus.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
