As part of our continuing growth in SEA, we are now looking for a competent, highly motivated and proven enterprise salesperson to aggressively grow our business with the top strategic accounts in Singapore. The person must develop a strategy and execution plan that includes business development in new industries such as Electronics & Semiconductors and Industrial Machinery & Heavy Equipment. The successful candidate will be a part of our SEA sales team, based in our Penang office with a good opportunity to grow your career and portfolio with Siemens. Responsibilities: . Representing all our software products and services . Focus on identifying and winning new clients by identifying their business and technical requirements through the application of our established professional sales approach . Forecast and manage direct sales of Siemens DI-SW product line . Responsible for handling major account activities to achieve sales target . Create programs and initiatives to enter into key markets and accounts . Meet sales objectives such as quota and productivity requirements. . Engage with channel partners and end-users to maximize revenue policy within the business practice in each country . Uphold the professional integrity of Siemens . Adhere to and promote all core internal and customer processes relating to the effective undertaking of the role Requirements: Education: . Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electronics/Computer Engineering or equivalent Experience: . At least 5 years of direct sales experience with a proven track of sales record or in the B2B SaaS industry is a huge advantage . Experience in selling for the PLM/MES/ERP/IoT market in the vendor or reseller capacity with subscription, SaaS, and Cloud solutions business model is highly preferred . Demonstrated ability to manage very complex software selling environment with proven ability in achieving the target . Good business acumen foresight in managing forecasts and targets . IT savvy and ability to multitask . Dynamic with excellent leadership and high level of accountability . Excellent communication and presentation skills . Proficient in English is preferred . Travelling is required and the ability to travel within short notice is a must Competencies: . Good working knowledge in PLM/MES/ERP/IoT and accounts in Malaysia . Good business acumen foresight in managing forecasts and targets . Proven ability in achieving the target . Attention to detail, thorough and high level of accountability . Negotiation and objection & conflicts handling skills . Self-starter and ability to work well under pressure and self-motivated . Excellent communication skills .
