ASTRO SW team is responsible and participates in various software development (embedded ) life cycles as early as the front end design and architecture development, costing , agile development and test creation(automation).

• Lead , manage , coach, and guide software development team
• Track, manage and reports project update and status with metric tracking.
• Plan and Strategize project plan and collaborate timeline plan with other domain team
• Plan and manage resources allocation base on priority and move fast
• Work closely with stake holders to manage expectation, timeline and deliverable.
• Lead on product development, project estimation and weekly status report to stakeholders
• Proactive in all areas of the project and manages project risk and mitigation plan.
• Manages day to day software development and engineering operation
• Front line manager of software engineering team.
• Provide engineering support to different domain such as factory/customer
• Continuous identify opportunities to improve on the software development process and

Execution practices.

Basic Requirements

• Master\'s/Bachelor Degree in Computer / Electrical /Electronic / Telecommunications / Software Engineering or Computer Science.
• More than 8-10 years experience in Software release management upon embedded platform solutions for end to end system
• Experience in managing the entire software development cycle for large and rapid release and well verse in managing different domain collaboration.
• Strong Communication, Leadership and Problem Solving Skills
• Experience Strong Agile practitioner with practical skills on process, Scrum framework and SAFE
• Analytical mindset coupled with a systematic approach to problem-solving
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to manage stakeholders expectation and to lead and manage engineering
• team.
• Able to accept challenge and cope with demanding timeline and resources management
• Management/Development experience in with RTOS and ARM Based microcontrollers
• Proficiency in embedded software development tools, debuggers, source code control environment.
