Provide support to clients via phone, email, and remote access, helping to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
Analyze and troubleshoot customer issues to ensure smooth operation of their business, adding value to their daily processes.
Log customer interactions, proactively follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken, and work to improve overall customer experience.
Offer professional and polite responses to all inquiries, providing information about our products and services or collecting details for effective resolution of complaints.
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that can help improve their business efficiency.
Job Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Business, IT, Finance, or Accounting.
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., AutoCount, ABSS) or experience in software support is an advantage.
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Melayu. Knowledge of
Cantonese/Mandarin
is an added advantage.
Service-minded with strong analytical thinking.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
