• Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor\'s Degree in any Accounting / Business related discipline.
• Outstanding communication and analytical skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Malay.
• Patient, ability to multitask, positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering quality work.
• Must be willing to work in Kota Damansara, PJ Selangor.
• Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel to client sites as needed.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in customer service environment/ Accounting/ Finance/ Communication/ IT industry or computer software knowledge will be added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Become familiar with our software and any new features.
• Provide technical support and exceptional service for incoming inquiries via our communication channels in a professional, timely and accurate manner as per Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Perform troubleshooting for SQL Accounting/ Payroll software and hardware related issues.
• Communicate issues with internal groups to resolve urgent or escalated issues when needed.
• Collaborates with team members and other departments to ensure client have a positive experience.
• Follow up unfinished job from time to time both internally and externally to ensure customer\'s enquiries does not left unattended.
• Conduct training internally and externally.
• Performs other ad-hoc task from time to time if required.
