Job Description


We are looking for a System Software Support Senior Executive to join our team. You will work hand in hand with other Product Operations Agents and Product Managers to help them to carry out day to day support for internal and external teams.

We offer an opportunity to learn about the software development process, product operations handling in a product team and fulfilment operation of a booming E-commerce company. You need strong analytical skills to understand IT system architecture and investigate incidents when they arise.

Description of Day-to-Day Duties:

  • Investigate incidents when they arise and support users of our internal systems
  • Assist to run a platform that coordinates and manages our Sellers every day operations.
  • Write detailed (technical and non-technical) requirements for our teams, developers and work with them to assure that the developments are delivered as requested.
  • Train users, stakeholders and Sellers, create better processes for User Guides and Knowledge Base.
  • Run Root Cause Analysis of incidents and problems and propose long term solutions.
  • Uphold SLA standards for Marketplace Product Support (Time to First Response, Time to Resolution).
Skill Set Required:
  • You are interested in e-commerce concepts, Tech business and agile software development methodologies
  • You are very hands-on and passionate about learning the ins and outs of our Seller Operations process
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems
  • Usage of Excel is must, SQL is a plus
  • Attention to detail, excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-initiative to adapt to our agile environment and company culture.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on Support Management or equivalent experience.
  • Curiosity and an interest in learning new things are essential in order to get the most out of this placement!
