Job Responsibility Providing customer service/ application support via telephone, remote assistance and email Handle incoming calls from end users and perform first contact resolution Handle software & hardware updates, installation and migration tasks Ensure logged in tickets are solved within the time frame Onsite system implementation Handle and solve IT technical issue Conduct product training to end user Involve in Ad Hoc Project Job Requirements Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (Advantage) Possess Diploma/ Degree in IT / Accounting / Business Good knowledge of Accounting, inventory & HR system (Advantage) Excellent communication skill both written and verbal Able to work with minimum supervision, self driven and result oriented In house training will be provided Ability to build rapports with clients over the phone/ email Ability to learn and support new applications Preferably with own transport & willing to travel.
