Our client is one of the leading banks in Asia, who is currently in search Engineering Managers with relevant years\xe2\x80\x99 of engineering experience and proven leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Designs, implements, and refines product development, testing, and manufacturing processes.
- Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of functional and technology roadmap of products under direct supervision.
- Work on multiple projects, build and manage diverse teams of engineers.
- Drive projects from concept through requirements capture to implementation, validation and go to market.
- Help recruiting new talent to support growth plans.
- Nurture team dynamics and motivate the individuals to perform beyond expectations.
- Provide technical guidance, coaching and leadership to software development organizations.
- Collaborates with other team leaders and departments.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s/Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Software engineering/Computer Science
- Minimum 4 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Java 8/11, Spring Frameworks, Spring Boot, C++, Web Services etc.
- Minimum 6 years of total experience working on delivery /Development /Team management etc.
- Solid experience in Agile-software development methodologies
- Experience with Microservices and API Management
- Ability to make decisions quickly
- Strong leadership, team building and project management skills.
- Experience in Core Banking is added advantage.
