Key Responsibilities

Support automation and scheduling systems to ensure smooth and efficient production operations. Assist in implementing improvements to enhance cycle time, tool utilization, and factory dispatching processes. Work closely with internal teams to maintain and update scheduling models and automation workflows. Prepare documentation and deliver training related to OI systems and associated processes. Monitor and maintain system integrations for dispatching, scheduling, and automation updates. Provide hands-on troubleshooting support and ensure accurate data flow between systems to maintain manufacturing efficiency.

Automation Systems:

Operate and troubleshoot Assembly & Test automation systems (e.g., APF, Scheduler), including performing routine system checks to ensure stability.

Dispatching & Scheduling:

Follow defined dispatching rules to maintain smooth production flow aligned with area priorities.

Data Accuracy & Reporting:

Update, verify, and maintain dashboards and reports to ensure accuracy of site metrics.

Process & Line Support:

Support line balance and area optimization efforts; identify and report any production flow issues.

Continuous Improvement:

Participate in improvement initiatives related to cycle time and tool performance, and provide constructive feedback.

System & Tool Handling:

Operate and monitor internal systems such as MAM, ET, MES, Toolview, and VMS Mozart. Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate complex issues when necessary.

Candidate Requirements

Open to fresh graduates (Diploma holders) and candidates with up to 2 years of working experience. Knowledge of dispatching processes or programming is an added advantage. Standard working hours apply; however, candidates should be willing to support shift operations when required.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
