• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering (Major in Power) or equivalent
• At least 10 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in Solar Energy Industry will be added advantage
• Hands on in Autocad/Google Sketchup system is a must
• Demonstrated expertise in other Solar Design software (PVsyst/Helioscope) will be an added advantage
• Proven track record of engineering leadership, encompassing design engineering and management contexts.
• Able to work under tight schedules to meet the deadline
• Independent, Self-Initiative, Responsible & Committed personality
• Possess own transport & willing to travel

Tanggungjawab

• Drive the end-to-end process of full cycle of Solar PV system design and other electrical design, including site assessment study, drawing and technical proposal
• To lead a team of engineers & draughtman
• Enforce and maintain engineering standards and design principles, ensuring projects meet high benchmarks of quality, safety, and innovation
• Involve in research and development on new technologies on renewable energy.
• Design Solar PV system including Electrical Circuit Diagram (Power & Control Circuit), Electrical Switchboard & Control Panel, and Electrical Cable routing plan
• Conduct Site Survey to provide a cost-effective solar system/renewable energy system for customers and as well adhere to the standards
• Make technical recommendations based on site condition
• Work closely with Sales, Project, Quantity Surveyor, Procurement & Licensing Team to ensure the project is completed on time for optimum performance
• Perform any other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time
