Job Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily solar project site activities (installation, testing, commissioning).
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Monitor quality control, work progress, and compliance with safety standards.
Provide on-site technical support and be ready to perform hands-on work if required.
Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of working experience in solar project supervision or management.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Able to travel and work at outstation projects when required.
Hands-on and problem-solving mindset with leadership potential.
Possession of GDL licence will be an added advantage.
Candidates with electrical knowledge or CIDB Green Card preferred.
