Analyze customers' business processes, needs, and expectations to design and deliver optimized solutions. Act as a key liaison between customers, sales, and technical teams to ensure successful solution deployment and value delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with Solution Architects, Consultants, Sales, and ITS teams to understand project objectives and deliver effective solutions.
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
Translate business requirements into Scope of Work (SOW), workflows, and solution documentation.
Analyze customer data (e.g. meter readings, document usage, cost trends) to generate insights and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) reports.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and cost savings.
Support solution implementation by coordinating with system and project teams.
Develop work instructions, SOPs, and assist in UAT and QA activities.
Act as the primary liaison between business units, technical teams, and support teams.
Support site assessments, surveys, and ongoing project activities as required.
Job Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
Strong analytical and communication skills in English, Malay and Mandarin, both spoken & written (liaise with our Mandarin speaking counterparts).
Able to travel outstation to support other branch offices when required.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
