• Proficient in designing and enhancing software systems to achieve optimal performance and throughput.
• Continuously researching current and emerging technologies, as well as third-party solutions, to evaluate and propose the best technical solutions for addressing existing business challenges, ensuring seamless integration within the enterprise environment.
• Articulating the structure, characteristics, behavior, and other pertinent aspects of software to various stakeholders, including business owners, analysts, project managers, and development teams, while also identifying and addressing any technical issues with current solutions and ensuring alignment with stakeholder requirements.
• Comprehensive understanding of how different facets of the business model interrelate, including processes, services, and application architectures, with a focus on improvement, development frameworks creation, and prototype establishment for development teams\' use.
• Overseeing technical personnel, offering constructive guidance and resolution of technical issues as they arise.
• Establishing and managing collaboration frameworks and mitigating risks associated with product delivery.
• Assessing the business impact of various technical decisions.
• Defining features, phases, and solution requirements within product development processes, considering costs and budgets.
• Managing deadlines and allocated resources, with the ability to make critical decisions in challenging situations within specified timeframes.

• Possession of a Bachelor\'s degree or higher in fields related to Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant discipline.
• Demonstrated expertise spanning at least 8 years in multiple areas within the IT domain, including:

• Engineering and designing software architecture.
• Extensive familiarity with IT architecture, infrastructure, microservices, high-volume transactions, and cloud development.
• Proficiency in coding languages such as Java and Kotlin, with hands-on experience.
• Mastery of the Spring framework, with practical application.
• Comprehensive knowledge of relational databases, NoSQL databases, and distributed in-memory caches.
• Profound understanding and practical experience with DevOps methodologies.
• Thorough understanding of various operating systems.
• Proficiency in collaboration frameworks like Jira and Git.
• Effective communication skills.
• Profound analytical abilities to discern and optimize all business processes.
• Robust organizational and leadership capabilities.
