Responsible for end-to-end solution integrity when required to lead medium complexity pursuits while working closely with Service Lines, stakeholders and partners to deliver a competitive and deliverable solution.

Responsible for the Solution Strategy and integrity of medium complexity pursuits - key focus areas are:

• Discharged actions from OA that require solutioning support, in collaboration with the Vertical Lead and Opportunity Owner.
• Works with the Opportunity Owner and client to understand client requirements and business outcomes, where required
• Works with the Opportunity Owner & Financial Analyst (Pricer) to come out with a Winning Price, where required
• Development of solution strategy and approach, where required
• Current Mode of Operations is established and understood for pro-active Cross Sell opportunities
• Consultative support of governance and readiness where solution is not within the scope of Service Lines
• Leads solution, where required
• Clearly articulated tasks and deliverables required of Service Line Architects or delivery subject matter experts
• Provides oversight on the SOW creation process and validate the SOW deliverables against the proposed solution
• Integrate all the cost models from the Service Line Architects; alternatively, prepare cost effective high-level and low-level solutions, where required
• Reviews the proposal response along with architects, SMEs & bid managers against the requirements from RFI/RFP
• Responsible to establish identified reusable design artifacts over time
• Participate in Negotiations as and when required during BAFO stage. (to capture scope creep / SOW changes)
• Smooth transition into delivery, where required
• Mentoring and support of GSS upskilling plans for existing GSS Solution Integrator role

Global MNC based environment|Flexible working arrangement

• 4 Year College Degree (preferred in Computer Science, MIS, or related discipline) or Equivalent Experience
• Experience in doing ITO deals
• Minimum 3 years of technical presales experience - costing, risk identification, SOW preparation
• Has previous actual design experience and expertise of at least 2 years in any of the following domains -SAP or ServiceNow
• Knowledgeable in enterprise service management - ITIL certification is a plus
