Our client is a well-established brand in the Telecommunications Industry and is now looking for a passionate and driven Solution Architect, RPA to join their team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, implement and support RPA solutions focused on meeting customer end-to-end automation needs using Automation Anywhere and UiPath RPA.

• Translate client requirements into solutions, and confident with an ability to handle pressure in critical situations by always ensuring that client requirements are met i.e. solution design, POC verification, and RPA solution design for RPA projects.

• Evaluate customer processes and make recommendations with regard to their potential and suitability for RPA and work effort estimation

• Work closely with sales to provide demos and technical due diligence in the pre-sales cycle.

• Design and develop RPA process solutions in accordance with standard design principles and conventions and development best practices.

• Provide training over the web or in-person to customers and mentor teammates.

• Provide technical support and advice to customers.

• Keep abreast and insight into competition, competitive issues, and products.

• Improve governance (policies, standards, guidelines) on successful delivery outcomes e.g. industry compliances, delivery frameworks/playbooks, and post-mortem reviews.

Education/Qualification:

• IT or Computer Science related Diploma /Degree

Technical /Professional Skills:

• At least 10 years of IT experience.

• At least 3 years of experience and certified with one or more RPA technologies (e.g. UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).

• At least 5 years of experience in .NET 3.5 and higher Framework (C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, Entity Framework or Hibernate)/Java Development/PHP Development.

• At least 5 years of experience with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Bootstrap, Ajax, Jquery, and XML.

• Should have knowledge in SQL and relational databases, and application development.

• In-depth experience with SDLC process; Process Analysis, Design, and Implementation, Business, and Technical requirements, Problem- Solving, and System(s) Testing, including UAT and bug fixes.

• Having a good command of Web Design Patterns.

• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel.

Non-Technical/Soft Skills/Task-Specific Knowledge:

• Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills.

• Highly motivated and resilient and able to adapt to change.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrable record of presenting technical details to a non-technical audience.

Good to have:

• Proficient in implementing Automation Anywhere / UiPath or any RPA solutions.

• Master certification in Automation Anywhere RPA or UiPath certified developer.
