Job Description
Salary: Up to MYR 9,000
Location: KL City, WP Kuala Lumpur
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
Approximately 2-3 years of experience in a pre-sales or consultancy role, preferably in a Technical/HR Tech environment.
Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia - both spoken and written.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to be engaging and persuasive.
Self-starter who is proactive and results-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure.
Prior exposure to recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR activities is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities:
Conduct product demonstrations for prospects and clients, highlighting key features and business value.
Guide individual and business users through the solution during sales cycles.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure solutions align with market needs.
Provide accurate and effective solution proposals, including warehousing examples and use cases.
Provide post-sales support, including training proposals and evaluation materials.
Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to provide updates to the team.
