Job Summary

We are now looking for a Solution Architect, who will be responsible for analyzing, crafting, and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions based on the customer specifications and business needs. Responsible for short and long-term profitable business for This Company by being part of or working closely with the Core 3 team to translate the customer need and technology opportunities into detailed technical offerings, solutions and proposals. Supports the Consultants during requirement analysis and high-level design phases.

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for scoping, defining, and designing solution offerings and driving end-to-end technical solutions.
• Have vast experience in RAN optimization activities, including but not limited to E2E RAN performance optimization, layering traffic steering strategy, spectrum efficiency improvement, or any activities that could improve the customer\'s network to the next level.
• Analyze customer technology, define business requirements, and participate in risk analysis.
• Work with the core team on a list of potential activities and solutions.
• Develop technical presentations and proposals, perform customer presentations, and support deployment of the solution. Provide feedback to R&D.
• Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation, and information sharing. Stay abreast of new technology/technical areas and share information about solutions to enable customer competence to build.

• Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom) or at least 15 years of experience in optimization. Planning experience will be a plus point.
• 8 years above in the Solution Architect field.
• Area of expertise - RAN E2E, especially in protocol troubleshooting and RAN optimization.
• Familiar with RAN E2E from RAN till core and specialize in RAN problem-solving by tracing and familiar with 3GPP.
• A Solution Architect candidate is assessed according to the following tracks: Domain, E2E, Network Optimization/Network Design.
