As a Solution Architect with a focus on pre-sales and onboarding, you will play a crucial role in driving successful client engagements from the initial discovery phase through to onboarding and implementation. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with the sales and product teams to design and propose effective solutions that meet the clients\xe2\x80\x99 specific needs and requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding process and successful handover to the CSM & Operation team.





Responsibilities

• 
  
  In collaboration with the BD territory lead, Product Manager and Customer Success manager - formulate and document:
  • 
    solution vision for the respective industry and use cases,
  • 
    define and decide solutions and user journey for clients,
  • 
    define the standard of the solution - technical deck, tools and processes.
  • 
    Accelerate the sales stage to the implementation stage.

  Communicate the vision to the BD team. Collect feedback and quantify the business opportunity.
• 
  Communicate the solutions and user journey to Client. Oversee and review the implementation before it is handed over to the customer success team.

• 
  
  Constantly develop yourself in industry advancements, research new approaches, tools and best practices in the solution architecture and design space. Suggest improvements to our product stack to optimize it for our strategic growth and competitive advantage.
• 
  Detail out the customer problem and objections, address them with the VIDA product stack.
• 
  Define and propose the VIDA stack implementation solutions tailored to the customer value as the main objective.
• 
  Lead the process of Sandboxing, SIT, UAT and Go Live.
• 
  Lead the handover process to the Customer Success team.

Every year, 140 million babies are born, of which 40 million go unregistered.
Simply put, these people are deprived of social benefits, such as education and health, their civil rights to vote and travel; and are excluded from the economy because they cannot sign up for bank accounts, loans, welfare programs, etc. We believe this is unacceptable and needs to change.


At VIDA, We are creating a frictionless digital identity system. One that fulfills the needs and expectations of our times, and is available anywhere, for everyone.


Why are we solving this problem?
The United Nations (UN) and World Bank ID4D initiatives aim to provide everyone on the planet with a legal identity by 2030. This deadline is just 9 years away, we are expecting a digital identity to be a legal human right by then and we at VIDA want to be pioneers in leading this change.
