Map their as-is hiring workflows: where candidates drop off, where time-to-hire bleeds, where their employer brand falls flat.
Extract the real
Critical Business Issues (CBIs).
Qualify opportunities and build your stakeholder map.
Design
to-be state
solutions tailored to each client's hiring ecosystem.
Employer branding microsites (candidate experience, brand differentiation).
Screening tools & AI matching (reduce screening time, improve quality-of-hire).
Analytics dashboards (funnel visibility, source attribution, time-to-value metrics).
API integrations with ATS/HRMS systems.
Job ads (AI & ROI modelling).
Build
storyboards
and use-case scenarios that moves demo to next stage.
Show how our platform fits into their existing framework & co-exist.
Leverage market data and talent pool benchmarking to create
proof points
that stand up in steering committees.
Define clear
success criteria
and
exit criteria
for pilots.
Build adoption frameworks (crawl-walk-run).
Conduct
Business Reviews (EBRs)
to demonstrate progress and value.
Partner with account manager to seed the relationship, grow ARR over time.
