Job Description


  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in performing ultrasound examinations in a clinical setting.
  • Experience in various types of sonography, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecologic, vascular, and musculoskeletal.

Responsibilities1. Perform Diagnostic Ultrasound Examinations:
  • Conduct ultrasound scans on patients to assess and diagnose various medical conditions, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecologic, vascular, and musculoskeletal imaging.
  • Ensure high-quality images are captured for accurate diagnosis.
2. Interpret and Report Findings:
  • Analyze ultrasound results and create detailed reports of the findings for physicians and other healthcare providers.
  • Communicate any urgent or significant findings to the referring doctor promptly.
3. Patient Care and Communication:
  • Explain the ultrasound procedure to patients, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Provide comfort and reassurance to patients, ensuring they are relaxed and well-informed during the procedure.
4. Record-Keeping and Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of each ultrasound examination, including patient history, images, and reports.
  • Ensure all documentation meets legal and regulatory requirements.
5. Patient Scheduling and Coordination:
  • Coordinate with administrative staff to schedule ultrasound appointments.
  • Manage patient flow efficiently to minimize waiting times and ensure timely care.
