3. Patient Care and Communication:

Provide comfort and reassurance to patients, ensuring they are relaxed and well-informed during the procedure.
4. Record-Keeping and Documentation:
Maintain accurate and complete records of each ultrasound examination, including patient history, images, and reports.
Ensure all documentation meets legal and regulatory requirements.
5. Patient Scheduling and Coordination:
Coordinate with administrative staff to schedule ultrasound appointments.
Manage patient flow efficiently to minimize waiting times and ensure timely care.
