PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Managing the company\xe2\x80\x99s supply portfolio ensuring transparency of spending Generating and implementing efficient sourcing and category management strategies Performs cost and risk estimation, analysis and control activities . Supports project organizational and administrative activities when delegated. To oversee cost control methods and procedures for the company. This requires analyzing raw products used all variable costs, overhead costs, labor and any other costs involved with manufacturing a product. Analyzing and calculating costs of product and suggest methods to decrease expenditure. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Determine the costs and efficiency of company purchasing activities. Review costs for all external inventory, labor and material purchases. Analyze and recommend costs and cost savings. Collect and compile purchasing data for analysis. Present cost estimates and budgets for new purchases. Prepare and complete internal cost audits when required. Review and document inventory and material purchases. Forecast and plans future purchasing costs according to fiscal needs. Manage the company\xe2\x80\x99s supply portfolio ensuring transparency of spending Generate and implement efficient sourcing and category management strategies. Analyze and calculate costs of procurement and suggest methods to decrease expenditure Invent negotiation strategies and secure profitable deals. Optimize sourcing procedures to attain maximum efficiency. Research and anticipate shifts in the negotiating power of suppliers. Perform cost and scenario analysis and benchmarking. Estimate risks and apply risk minimizing techniques. Discover and partner with trustworthy vendors and suppliers and determine quantity and timing of deliveries. To carry out any other jobs/assignments that may be assigned by the company from time to time. Key Requirements Minimum Bachelor\'s Degree or Diploma Minimum 2-3 years experience in footwear industry Experience in retail industry will be an added advantage. Ability to converse in English/Bahasa Well verse in Microsoft Office
