Sourcing / Purchasing Specialist Mandarin / Cantonese Speaker

Job Description
This role is responsible for the end-to-end sourcing and contract management process for APAC region.
- Involve in the end-to-end sourcing and contract management process
- Handle substantial cost savings projects or driving cost reduction for the organization.
- Solicit, analyze, and compare bids through Request for Proposal (RFP) or Request for Quotation (RFQ).
- Strategize and negotiate actively with suppliers.
- Ensure contracts are fully addressed and appropriate, in terms of the requirements and commercial terms.
- Evaluate sourcing levers for all projects - supply market leverage, supply base restructuring, valuable relationships, design/specification optimization, total cost management, process efficiency & compliance.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent
- Languages: Fluent in English. Added advantage for candidates who can speak Mandarin / Cantonese to take care of China / Hong Kong Stakeholders.
- Professional experience: Minimum 3-4 years procurement, purchasing, sourcing or contract management experience
- Added advantage for candidates from Services / Telecommunications / Financial Services / Pharmaceutical industry and have experienced in indirect categories such as IT, Marketing, professional services etc.
