Oversee and ensure the smooth running of your section, maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
Assist in planning duty rosters, scheduling, training, and guiding both new and existing staff.
Foster team spirit, ensure staff morale, and coordinate professionally with F&B outlets and Stewarding.
Ensure high food standards in taste, temperature, presentation, and portion sizes.
Manage food costs, control stock levels, minimize wastage, and ensure proper storage.
Adhere to resort policies on hygiene, safety, fire, and emergency procedures.
Ensure cleanliness, maintain kitchen equipment, and prevent damage or loss of resort property.
Enforce punctuality, proper uniform, grooming standards, and fair disciplinary actions.
Submit reports, schedules, training plans, and other required documents on time.
Address staff and operational issues, consulting with the Head Chef when necessary.
Stay updated on food trends, suggest improvements, and assist in implementing new policies.
Attend required meetings and communicate effectively with management and kitchen staff.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by management to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
