Job Description

Foodle Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced and talented Sous Chef to join our culinary team. As a Sous Chef, you will assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, and leading the kitchen team to success.

Responsibilities:



Assist the Head Chef in overseeing the kitchen operations Prepare and cook high-quality dishes Manage kitchen staff and delegate tasks Ensure food is prepared and presented to the highest standards Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment Adhere to health and safety regulations Train and mentor junior kitchen staff

Requirements:



Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role Culinary school diploma or equivalent Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients Excellent leadership and management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Exceptional organizational and time management skills Attention to detail and creativity Strong communication and teamwork abilities
