Join us if you are ready to bring health closer to people and be challenged to grow further! : We are looking for a self-motivated, dynamic and results-driven Market Lead to help expand CircleDNA into Southeast Asia (SEA) - Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand. As the Market Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strong marketing strategy that will drive business growth and market penetration. You will also be responsible for P&L ownership and achieving a growth target of 2-3X in the next few months. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that will drive business growth and market penetration in Southeast Asia Own the P&L for the region and work towards achieving growth targets set for 2023 Brainstorm and execute on meaningful partnerships that align with the company\'s goals and values Explore offline pop-up experiences and other opportunities to increase brand visibility and engagement Develop end-to-end strategies that align with company goals and ensure execution excellence Build and manage relationships with key influencers and media outlets to drive brand awareness and engagement Localize content to resonate with relevant target audiences and ensure consistent messaging across all channels (including opening up new channels that are frequently used by the target audience) Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, etc.) to ensure alignment and execution of marketing initiatives Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement Fully remote role, reports into the Marketing HQ in Hong Kong Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field 5+ years of experience in marketing and business development in 2+ SEA markets; preferably with a western DTC start-up entering the market Proficiency in both written and spoken English and at least one other relevant language (Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, Thai, Tagalog) Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A strong understanding of and experience working on relevant social channels and outlets Experience in influencer and PR marketing Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision-making Team player with demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional projects from strategy and planning to execution and follow-through Strong sense of responsibility, accountability, and autonomy Ability and willingness to adapt to a quick-moving and ever-changing environment; can \'turn on a dime\' to make important decisions based on new developments and insights to ensure the best possible results for any project Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Can-do attitude with a desire to learn, pick up new skills, and help support others when needed If this sounds like a great opportunity for you, we would love to hear from you.
