Outlet Manager to lead the way.

Training at BioPearl HQ (Bandar Baru Bangi), Deployment to branches after opening

What You'll Do:
Oversee operations of new BioPearl branches across Kuala Lumpur
Recruit, train, and manage new staff members
Ensure high standards of customer service, sales performance, and staff professionalism
Work closely with HQ to ensure consistent execution of SOPs and brand values
Implement and maintain store KPIs, targets, and day-to-day operational excellence
Report directly to management on performance, staffing, and customer feedback

Who We're Looking For:
Experienced in retail, spa, wellness, or beauty industry (preferred but not required)
Leadership experience in managing teams or branches
Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Passionate about skincare, wellness, and customer experience
Willing to undergo training before branch opening
Based in Klang Valley or willing to relocate
