Spa Receptionist Duties, Responsibilities and s :

Perform opening and closing procedures. Schedule guest appointments. Arrange,treatment room, and drapes. Helps promoting the massage to the SPA members Monitor stock levels of oils and creams and ensures that par stock levels are maintained at all times. Provides individualized bodywork treatments that meet the guests needs and expectations. Maintains spa and treatment room appearance, cleanliness according to standard operating procedures. Know have skill of body massage,scrub, facial treatment,reflexology,pedicure and manicure. As with any service-oriented business, spas rely on customer satisfaction and Spa Managers are generally responsible for ensuring that customers' expectations are met. Spa Managers might interact with clients to get feedback about services and facility cleanliness, handle customer complaints and create customer service tools such as comment cards and surveys.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
