- Min, SPM or Diploma in business administration
- Cosmetology or other PA-related experience
- 2 years experience as PA Manager
- Ability to consult and convince customer.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Hire and train employees
- Create a weekly staff schedule
- Oversee marketing and customer relationship management initiatives
- Ensure we are in compliance with all labor and sanitation laws
- Fill any non-specialized roles when employees are absent
